* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.

* WHERE...North and Central Coast Range Mountains of Oregon, and Willapa Hills.

* WHEN...From 4 PM Tuesday to 6 AM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTH OREGON COAST RANGE ... CENTRAL OREGON COAST RANGE ... WILLAPA HILLS
