The male victim, 70, and the female victim, 69, were in the listed area when the known suspect assaulted the male victim and then pushed the female victim. The female victim was not injured, and the male victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: White male adult.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1756) 100 Block of South Center Street, Civic District
The male victim, 33, was working at an area business when the suspect entered and caused a disturbance. The victim confronted the suspect, who assaulted the victim and hit him with an object. Officers responded to the area, located the suspect, and took him into custody after a short foot pursuit. The victim sustained
minor injuries and declined medical attention. ARRESTED: Alex Bozzini, 38, for assault with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.
3. Attempted Robbery (1830) 500 Block of West Howard Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 44, was sitting in his car in the listed area when he was approached by two suspects, who opened his door, assaulted him, and demanded his money. The victim was able to escape and was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECTS: Two Hispanic males.
4. Resisting Arrest (2119) 8800 Block of Deer Creek Circle, Valley Oak District
The female victim, 71, was in the listed area when the known suspect vandalized her car. Officers responded and attempted to detain the suspect, who resisted, and force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Scott Craig, 42, for violating a restraining order, vandalism, and resisting arrest.
