* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE...Northern Elko, Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko, South Central Elko, and Southeastern Elko Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Blowing dust may reduce visibilities to one mile or less. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
