HOLIDAY NOTICES FOR THE TOWN OF MARION
CHRISTMAS WEEK
Town of Marion Offices will close at noon on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, and will be closed Thursday, December 25, 2025, and Friday, December 26, 2025, in observance of the Christmas Holiday.
Garbage collection schedule for the week of December 22, 2025 is as follows: Monday and Tuesday’s garbage will be collected on Monday, December 22, 2025, Wednesday and Thursday’s garbage will be collected on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, Friday’s garbage will be collected on Wednesday morning, December 24, 2025. There will be no garbage collection on Thursday or Friday. Garbage must be curbside by 7:30 a.m.
NEW YEARS DAY
Town of Marion Offices will be closed on Thursday, January 1, 2026, in observance of the New Year Holiday.
There will be no garbage pickup on Thursday, January 1, 2026, due to the holiday. This will be collected on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. This will be the only change for this week. Garbage must be curbside by 7:30 a.m.
