SLPD Seeks Leads in Unsolved Cold Case Homicides

San Leandro, CA - In December 2024, the San Leandro City Council unanimously approved a resolution to significantly increase the existing reward amounts for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for three unsolved homicides:

• The October 9, 2010, double homicides of Marius Robinson and Kwame Nunn (increased to $150,000).
• The March 22, 2013, homicide of Delun "Allan" Pan (increased to $150,000).
• The December 14, 2014, homicide of Joel Ramirez (increased to $150,000).

These tragic cases have remained unresolved for years, leaving families and the community searching for justice. The enhanced rewards are part of the City’s commitment to bringing closure to the victims’ loved ones and holding perpetrators accountable.

The San Leandro Police Department continues to work with local and regional partners to pursue leads and employ new technologies in these investigations. Anyone with information about these cases is urged to contact the San Leandro Police Department via the following methods: Sergeant Jason Vincent at (510)577-3315, anonymous tip line at (510)577-3278, or Text-to-Tip at 888777 (keyword: TipSLPolice).
