Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., seeks the public’s help in locating Monique Massenburg, 59, of Newark, who was reported missing on Thursday, October 16, 2025.
Ms. Massenburg was last seen in the 300 block of Mt. Prospect Avenue. She is described as 5’6” tall and 150 pounds, and was wearing a green windbreaker, blue jeans, and white sneakers. Her mental and physical conditions are good, but her family hasn’t heard from her since August 30, 2019.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Monique Massenburg to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
