The male victim, 59, was crossing West Lane when he was struck by a vehicle travelling southbound on West Lane. He was transported to a local hospital and was pronounced deceased. Traffic officers
responded and assumed the investigation.
2. Person Shot (2200) El Dorado Street and Acacia Street, Civic District
The male victim, 64, reported that he was near the listed call location when he was approached by two unknown suspects who shot him and then fled the area. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECTS: Unknown race, male and female.
