INCIDENT: P.C. 459 – Burglary, P.C. 182 – Conspiracy to Commit a Crime
LOCATION: 17000 block of Gas Line Road, Victorville
SUSPECT(S): Ryon Rangel, 34-year-old, Resident of Adelanto
Christopher Kissel, 33-year-old, Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at approximately 12:34 a.m., deputies from the Victorville Police Department were dispatched to Pick Your Part, located in the 17000 block of Gas Line Road regarding multiple subjects observed on video surveillance entering the property after hours. A review of the surveillance video showed the subjects arrive in the same vehicle and enter the property of the locked, closed business.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted an adult Hispanic male, identified as Ryon Rangel, on the north side of the business near the vehicle seen on surveillance footage. Deputies conducted an area check inside the secured property and located a second adult male, later identified as Christopher Kissel, who hid inside of a vehicle within the business.
Kissel was found wearing a backpack which contained burglary tools and car speakers.
Deputies found damage to the perimeter fence of the business, consistent with forced entry.
Ryon Rangel and Christopher Kissel were arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center in Adelanto, for P.C. 459 – Burglary, P.C. 182 – Conspiracy to Commit a Crime.
