Special Event Announcement for Holiday Lighted Bicycle Parade Friday December 19
th 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Please be advised, there will be a holiday lighted bicycle parade on Friday December 19
th from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Numerous lighted and decorated cyclists will be attending this event. The event will start and finish at McNear Park. The parade route will be through residential streets in the southwest area of Petaluma. The parade will be approximately 5 miles in length. The parade will include rolling street closures. Street closures will be brief along the route and traffic disruption will be at a minimum. The Petaluma Police Department will be assigned to the event to monitor traffic and provide traffic control.
The Petaluma Police Department asks the public to drive carefully in this area during the event, yield to participating cyclists, and we thank you for your patience in any traffic delays.
