Due to emergency repairs to a leaking water main near the intersection of 11th and Monroe Streets, 11th Street will be closed between Monroe and Madison Streets beginning at 10 p.m. tonight, Thursday, Dec. 18. The emergency repair is anticipated to be completed, and the road reopened, by 6 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 19.
Water customers who may be impacted will be contacted by Veolia, prior to a potential shutdown.
Hoboken Police will be on site during the work and road closure.
