The latest Creve Coeur Police Activity Report is attached.
During this holiday season, we encourage residents to let us know if you will be travelling or out of town for an extended period of time so we can help keep your property safe. The Creve Coeur Police Department recently began using a new system for Vacation/Out-of-Town Residence Checks. The current tab on the City of Creve Coeur’s website will no longer have a fillable form; instead, it will have a link to the Frontline Public Safety Solutions Portal. The Department is contracting with Frontline PSS to manage after-hours keyholder information for businesses and emergency contact information for at-risk residents.
To request a residence check while you are away, you can visit https://www.frontlinepss.com/crevecoeur or contact the Crime Prevention Office at 314-442-2075. Online entries are effective immediately, but please request these checks at least three days in advance so we can verify they are properly entered in the system.
If you have used our existing residence check database before, you will have to re-enter your information into the new system. Unfortunately, we could not transfer existing entries. However, once you enter your info into the new system, it will save the entry for future out-of-town requests.
Additional information, such as multiple keyholders, lawn services visiting the home, or vehicles left at the home, should be listed in the free-text “comments” section of the form.
One of the benefits of this new system is that residents will receive an email notification from Frontline PSS when their home is checked by officers. Officers can also notify you of notable concerns at your home, like a package on the porch or damage caused by a storm. The implementation of this system will provide peace of mind for our residents and help us keep an eye on things while you’re away!
