Re: 145th St Intersection of Magoun Avenue
Starting December 19th, the intersection of 145th St on Magoun Ave will be closed for the continuation of the Magoun Avenue reconstruction project. This project will consist of new sewers, water lines, and concrete walks, curb, & asphalt restoration. This portion of the project should be completed by the end of April.
Residents who live on the 4400 block of Magoun Avenue between 145th St and 144th St will need to enter from 144th St of Magoun Ave to access their homes during this closure.
The construction crews will work approximately 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We will notify you prior to working on something in the street that could affect you, such as water service hookups.

Re: Intersección de la calle 145 con la avenida Magoun
A partir del 19 de diciembre, la intersección de la calle 145 con la avenida Magoun estará cerrada para la continuación del proyecto de reconstrucción de la avenida Magoun. Este proyecto consistirá en nuevas alcantarillas, líneas de agua y restauración de aceras de concreto, bordillos y asfalto. Se espera que esta parte del proyecto se complete para finales de abril.
Los residentes que viven en la cuadra 4400 de la Avenida Magoun, entre las calles 145 y 144, deberán entrar desde la calle 144 de la Avenida Magoun para acceder a sus hogares durante este cierre.
Los equipos de construcción trabajarán aproximadamente de 7:00 a. m. a 5:00 p. m., de lunes a viernes. Le notificaremos antes de realizar algún trabajo en la calle que pudiera afectarlo, como conexiones de agua.
