Flood Advisory until 07:30PM 
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northwest Oregon, including the following counties, Clatsop, Tillamook and Washington.
* WHEN...Until 730 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 136 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. This will cause small stream flooding. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cannon Beach, Garibaldi, Manzanita, Tillamook, Rockaway Beach, Lees Camp, Trask, Elsie, Cape Meares, Netarts, Oceanside, Bay City, Wheeler, Nehalem, Foss, Salmonberry, Hamlet, Mohler, Wilson River Summit and Sunset Summit. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become unstable and unsafe. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
