The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) and the Department of General Services (DGS) would like to inform the community that the toddler playground at Friendship Recreation Center/Turtle Park (4500 Van Ness Street, NW) is CLOSED for work to improve stormwater management and will remain offline until the work is complete, estimated to take about two weeks, weather dependent.
