1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1511) 2700 Block of Galley Way, Seaport District
The female victim, 46, and the male victims, 41 and 28, were at a residence in the listed area when a neighbor confronted them. The suspect emerged from the neighbor’s house, armed with knives, and chased after the victims. The victims were able to flee. The suspect fled in a vehicle. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
2. Battery on an Officer (1918) 700 Block of North Center Street, Civic District
Officers were investigating a battery at an area residence when they located the suspect hiding at that location. The suspect refused commands to come out of his concealment and struck an officer as he did. Force was used to take him into custody. The officer was uninjured. ARRESTED: Justin Blanchard, 27, for battery on an officer, battery, resisting arrest, and warrants.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2240) 2100 Block of South El Dorado Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 50, was in the listed area when the known suspect struck him with an object. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Hispanic male adult.
4. Armed Robbery (2309) 900 Block of Princess Drive, Bear Creek District
The male victim, 21, was in the listed area when the suspect approached, brandished a firearm, and demanded the victim’s property. SUSPECT: White male adult.
5. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (0257) 4500 Block of Nugget Avenue, Lakeview District
The female victim, 20, was seated in her vehicle in the listed area when the known suspect shot at her vehicle, striking it and two residences. There were no injuries reported. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
