The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch that will be in effect Tuesday afternoon (December 23) through Wednesday evening (December 24) for parts of Los Angeles County including the areas surrounding Paramount. Heavy rainfall is expected and could create hazardous conditions. Please stay indoors if possible, avoid driving unless necessary, and excercise caution when traveling during these timeframes.
