Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Edgar Saucedo Cerda. He is a 31-year-old Hispanic male who was last seen on December 21, 2025, at 3:52 p.m., on the 13100 block of Studebaker Road, in the city of Norwalk.
Mr. Saucedo Cerda is 5'10”, 169 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, green hoodie, and dark gray pants.
Mr. Saucedo Cerda has mental health conditions and his family is concerned for his well-being.
