DETAILS: On December 21, 2025, Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of NE 15th on a male subject found lying in the roadway. Officers discovered a 31-year-old male lying on the roadway with signs of being struck by a vehicle. The victim was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries. There were no witnesses to the crash, and the suspect vehicle is unknown at this time. The incident is being investigated by the Traffic Investigation Squad of the Amarillo Police Dept.
