A 2026 New Year Message From Gloucester Township Police Chief Anthony M. Minosse

As we move into the new year of 2026, I want to take a moment to thank our amazing community for the trust, support, and partnership that you continue to show the Gloucester Township Police Department.  Working together so well over the years is what continues to help make Gloucester Township a safe and welcoming place to live, work, and raise our families. Policing is most effective when it is rooted in trust, and our community has consistently demonstrated the shared commitment to keep Gloucester Township safe, so for that we are forever grateful for the excellent relationship.

Over the past year, the Gloucester Township Police Department has continued to grow by strengthening our capabilities, expanding our training, and learning many things working alongside the community we serve. This progress would not be possible without the commitment and professionalism of all the men and women of the Gloucester Township Police Department.  As Chief of Police, I am incredibly proud of their clear dedication to service, and the care they routinely show in Gloucester Township each day.

It is important that you know the Gloucester Township Police Department is always here for any assistance, concerns, or simply just want to connect with us.  Please never hesitate to contact us and encourage those you may find in need to do the same. Your safety and well-being are our highest priorities.

As we move forward into the new year, we look forward to continuing to grow, strengthening our relationships, maintaining open communication, and working together to address any challenges and also celebrate successes.

On behalf of the entire staff at your Gloucester Township Police Department, I wish you, your loved ones and your friends a year filled with good health, happiness, and opportunity.  Thank you for allowing us the privilege of serving you.

Sincerely,
Anthony Minosse
Chief of Police
