Asbury Park rental properties built prior to 1978 must have a Lead-Safe Certificate or Lead-Free Certificate submitted to Code Enforcement by December 31, 2025. Property owners who have not completed their lead inspections and submitted a lead certificate will receive a summons and a $1,000 fine after January 1, 2026.
