A Winter Weather Warning is in effect from 1 PM Friday through noon on Saturday. Total snow accumulations of 5–9 inches are expected.
Snow will develop this afternoon, with the heaviest snowfall anticipated late this afternoon through the evening, before quickly winding down early Saturday. Travel will be difficult, particularly during the Friday evening commute. Please slow down and use caution if you must be out on the roads.
Parking restrictions will be lifted in municipal parking lots as of 6 PM Friday.
Anytime there is more than 2½ inches of snow, vehicles must be off City streets or they may be ticketed and/or towed.
Please remember to keep hydrants and sidewalks clear.
