Activity for December 23-25, 2025: Officers were dispatched to 161 calls for service, made 5 arrests, and conducted 15 traffic stops.
Activity for December 23 – December 25, 2025:
December 23, 2025:
- Officer Allison and Officer Beekel responded to the 900 block of Third Street for a domestic situation. A 56-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
- Officers responded to the 100 block of Bates Street to assist the MDOC Fugitive Team with the apprehension of an individual. A 31-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Beekel was dispatched to the 100 block of East Biddle Street for a domestic assault. The 15-year-old female suspect was transported to the hospital.
- Officers were dispatched to the 400 block of Blair Park Drive for a domestic assault. An 18-year-old male has been identified as the suspect. The suspect was gone before police arrived, but there is probable cause to make an arrest when located.
December 24, 2025:
- Officer Reynaga was dispatched to the 200 block of West Morrell Street for a personal protection order violation. A 55-year-old male was arrested for the PPO violation.
- Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of North Thompson Street for a stolen vehicle report. The vehicle was entered into LEIN and Flock.
- Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of South Wisner Street for a larceny from vehicle report. A 29-year-old male was arrested for larceny from a vehicle, receive and conceal stolen property, and conditional bond violation.
December 25, 2025:
- Officer Bean was dispatched to the 1200 block of Heather Lane for a domestic situation. A 29-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault 1st degree and unauthorized driving away of an automobile.
- Officer Richardson was dispatched to the 300 block of Van Buren Street for a larceny of license plate report. The plate was entered into LEIN and Flock.
- Officers were dispatched to the area of Greenwood Avenue and Randolph Street for a physical assault report. A 19-year-old male has been identified as the suspect but had left prior to officers arriving. There is probable cause for an arrest if the suspect is located.
