Drivers are also asked to observe the No Parking on Snow-Covered Roadways signs that have been posted on streets throughout the City of Newark. Motorists are urged to look for the sign pictured below to identify the streets designated for no parking.
The Department of Public Safety is coordinating responses to burglar alarms, flooding, and other weather-related incidents through the combined efforts of Police, Fire, and the Office of Emergency Management. Special attention should be given to unsecured outdoor furniture, awnings, refuse, and building materials.
