Many roadways throughout Monroe Township are becoming hazardous due to the slippery conditions from the snow & ice. The Monroe Township Department of Public Works is actively clearing & salting the roadways as conditions permit.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution, reduce speeds, and allow additional travel time. To assist the Department of Public Works with snow removal operations, residents are respectfully requested to remove vehicles and garbage containers from roadways where possible.
The Monroe Township Library and Recreation Center will open at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
