  2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Much of northern into north central Iowa.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds
  could bring down tree branches.
