Multiple Traffic Incidents Ongoing 
There are multiple traffic incidents that are impacting traffic in the downtown area.
The rail crossing gates at 9th and Canal are stuck down. CN Railroad is en route to repair them, but an ETA is unkown at this time.
A utility pole fell on State St at 14th St, and all traffic is being rerouted off of State St. ComEd is en route, but the repait time is not known at this time.
Please avoid these area if you can as traffic is heavy at the moment.
