Waste Management has informed us that trash collection was delayed due to icy conditions on Saturday, which required them to suspend service for the day.
To catch up, Waste Management will begin with Friday’s routes, followed by Monday’s routes. On Tuesday, they will continue with any routes not completed from Monday. This schedule will continue throughout the week as they work to get fully caught up.
Due to heavier-than-normal volumes and limited disposal hours, Waste Management has advised that collections may take a few days to return to normal. To help address the backlog, they will be starting routes one hour earlier each day this week.
