Wireless Outage Update 
Superior Connections receives its wireless backhaul service from Northern Michigan University. A power outage impacting NMU caused their core systems to crash twice, affecting wireless service for over 8,000 SIM cards, including customers served by Superior Connections.
Restoration work is actively underway by NMU and is expected to be completed within 8 hours or less.
If wireless service has not been restored by 8:00 PM, please unplug the power brick from your router for 5 minutes, wait an additional 5 minutes, then plug it back in.
