INCIDENT: PC245(A)(1) - ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
LOCATION: 19000 Block of Fourth Street, Oro Grande
SUSPECT(S): Gabriel Lopez, 26-years-old, Resident of Oro Grande
VICTIMS: Two Adult Males
SUMMARY: On Sunday, December 28, 2025, at approximately 12:33 a.m., deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to a report of multiple individuals fighting in the street near the 19000 block of Fourth Street in Oro Grande.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered that two male subjects had sustained stab wounds during the altercation. The suspect, identified as Gabriel Lopez, was located inside a nearby residence and taken into custody without incident.
Both victims were transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. Lopez was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center on charges of assault with a deadly weapon PC 245(a)(1).
