LOCATION: 3800 block of Smoke Tree Road, Phelan
SUSPECT(S): Kyle McShane, 43-years-old, Resident of Phelan
VICTIM: Confidential
SUMMARY: On Sunday, December 28, 2025, at approximately 3:45 a.m., deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 3800 block of Smoke Tree Road in Phelan.
Upon arrival, deputies learned the suspect had threatened to kill the victim and claimed to be armed with a gun. Deputies located the suspect, identified as Kyle McShane, and conducted a search. No firearm was found.
McShane was arrested without incident and transported to the High Desert Detention Center for booking.
