911 UPDATE 
The City is currently experiencing intermittent outages affecting 911 and non-emergency phone lines when calling from GCI Cellular devices. This issue appears to impact all local 581 phone numbers.
At this time:
• 911 calls from GCI cell phones are not able to connect to dispatch, this includes 581-1233.
• GCI cellular-to-cellular calls are currently functioning
• OptimERA, Fastwyre landlines, and Wi-Fi calling remain operational
The issue is being actively investigated and updates will be provided as information becomes available.
