Felony DUI Arrest 
On 1/4/2026 at approximately 2028 hours, officers responded to the area of Broadway and Cook regarding a traffic collision that just occurred. The investigation determined the at-fault party, Andres Feria, a 57-year-old resident of Santa Maria, failed to stop for a red traffic signal and rear-ended the vehicle in front of him. Officers contacted Feria and determined he was driving under the influence of alcohol. Further investigation revealed Feria had four prior DUI arrests. As a result, he was arrested for felony DUI and subsequently booked into the Santa Barbara County Jail.
