Simi Valley, Calif. – In the early morning hours of January 4, 2026, at approximately 3:38 a.m., Simi Valley Police Department officers responded to a commercial burglary alarm at Simi Sports Cards, located at 2345 Erringer Road, Suite #105.

The alarm indicated a forced entry and glass break. When officers arrived, they found the business’s grated door partially open and an alarm sounding inside. A search of the store revealed significant damage, with display cases shattered and trading cards scattered throughout the interior.

The investigation determined that a large number of trading cards were stolen. The suspects had already fled the area before officers arrived.

The Simi Valley Police Department is aware of similar burglaries involving trading card businesses that occurred over the weekend in surrounding communities. SVPD Property Crimes Detectives are working closely with neighboring law enforcement agencies to determine whether these incidents may be connected.
