MONDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2025:
9:15 AM Officer Berlanga investigated a burglary near Clark Ave & Cherry St. A 32-year-old female was arrested for commercial burglary. She was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
8:25 AM Officer Jou responded to a commercial burglary reported near Cedar Blvd & Azalea Way. A storage unit was cut open and various power tools were taken.
10:00 AM Officer Lor investigated a vehicle theft near Timber St & Azalea Way.
1:02 PM Officers investigated a carjacking reported near Mowry Ave & Cedar Blvd.
5:35 PM Officer Ansari investigated a retail theft reported near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd.
6:48 PM Officer Cervantes investigated a mailbox theft reported near Cedar Blvd & McDonald Ave.
9:42 PM Officer Diaz-Perez investigated a package theft reported near Cherry St & Mowry Ave.
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 30, 2025:
12:35 AM Officer Ansari responded to a theft of firearms reported near Jarvis Ave & Gateway Blvd. The firearms were later recovered and returned to the owner.
4:06 AM Officer Cervantes investigated a vehicle theft reported near Port Sailwood Dr & Cedar Blvd.
8:48 AM Officer Lor investigated a mail theft reported near Hickory St & Seawind Way involving fraudulent charges on a credit card.
11:11 AM Officer Shaffer conducted a pedestrian stop near Newark & Ardenwood Blvd. A 36-year-old male was arrested for a court-issued warrant. He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
11:00 PM Officer Diaz-Perez investigated a burglary report on Newpark Mall Road. A wallet and phone were reported taken.
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 31, 2025:
10:48 AM Officer Berlanga conducted a pedestrian stop near Thorton Ave & Cedar Blvd. A 33-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics and violating his probation terms. He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
11:14 AM Officer Kapu responded to a collision near Mowry Ave & Alphenrose Ct. A 75-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
THURSDAY, JANUARY 1, 2025:
9:04 AM Officer Shaffer investigated a vehicle burglary reported near Spruce St & Bridgepointe Dr.
11:13 AM Officer Berlanga conducted a traffic stop on Newpark Mall Road. A 36-year-old male was cited for an outstanding warrant.
12:52 PM Officer Shaffer conducted a pedestrian stop near Newark Blvd & Jarvis Ave. A 45-year-old male was cited for possession of narcotics.
4:51 PM Community Service Officer (CSO) Vuong investigated a commercial burglary reported on Newpark Mall Road. Reported losses included a phone, wallet, and credit cards.
FRIDAY, JANUARY 2, 2025:
3:13 AM Officer Orozco responded to Newpark Mall Road and arrested a 32-year-old male for driving while intoxicated. He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
8:32 AM Officer Shaffer was dispatched to a vehicle theft reported on Haley St.
2:46 PM Officer Medina responded to a report of a suspicious person near Clark Ave & Cherry St. A 26-year-old female was arrested for possession of burglary tools and providing false identification. She was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
SATURDAY, JANUARY 3, 2025:
10:19 PM Officer Benjamin conducted a pedestrian stop on Mowry School Road. A 68-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
11:55 PM Officer Felix performed a traffic stop on Thornton Ave near I-880. A 33-year-old female was arrested for driving under the influence. She was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
SUNDAY, JANUARY 4, 2025:
2:53 AM Officers investigated several vehicle burglaries. Reported loss included tools.
3:55 AM Officer Benjamin responded to an assault reported near Cherry St & Clark Ave. A 49-year-old male was arrested for aggravated assault, and concealed possession of a firearm. He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
1:13 PM Officer Jou responded to a theft reported near Balentine Dr. A 43-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics and violation of probation. He was transported and booked into Santa Rita Jail.
