Detective Kyle Gibson with the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged 25-year-old Derek James Suddreth, 25, of Nebo with felony Larceny of a Motor Vehicle. He was given a secured bond of $10,000.
On Dec. 17, Deputy Seth Leopold responded to a call in Nebo in reference to a stolen vehicle. The victim stated his truck had been removed from his property overnight.
An investigation by detectives determined that Suddreth had stolen the vehicle.
