Wilmington Police have arrested three juvenile males following a vehicle pursuit.

On December 23^rd at approximately 8:56 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division attempted to conduct a vehicle stop in the area of Maryland Avenue and South Franklin Street in reference to a traffic violation. The vehicle then fled the area and was later located in the area of Lancaster Avenue and South Franklin Street where it collided with several vehicles. Three male juveniles fled from the vehicle on foot. Moments later all three juvenile males were located in the same area and taken into custody without incident.

Further investigation revealed the vehicle involved in the pursuit was recently stolen but was not reported at the time.

The first 14-year-old male juvenile has been charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of Burglar Tools
• Resisting Arrest

He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $3,000 unsecured bail.

The 15-year-old male juvenile has been charged with the following offense:

• Resisting Arrest

He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

The second 14-year-old male juvenile has been charged with the following offense:

• Resisting Arrest

He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
