The City of Kingsville Street Division began Hot Mixing E Henrietta Ave between N 16^th St and N 17^th St this morning, January 8, 2026 at 7:30 AM.

E Henrietta Ave between N 16^th St and N 17^th St will be closed for to thru traffic while the hot mixing will be taking place. Signs and barricades will be in place.

Estimated Hot Mixing time will be 8 hours.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please know that our crews will be working diligently to reopen the area(s)/road(s) as soon as possible. We request that all residents and businesses in this area be aware that delays will be possible as far as entrances and exits from properties are concerned.

Residents/Patrons are encouraged to minimize trips in and out of their driveways and to take alternate routes whenever possible.

The Kingsville Police Department and the Kingsville Fire Department have been notified of this project. We appreciate your cooperation in assisting us with improving your roadway.
