The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for the northern portions of Central Indiana, including Madison County from 7am to 11am. Wind gusts up to 45mph are possible this morning behind a cold front advancing eastward from Illinois. Upstream observations already show wind gusts around 45mph.
