Power Outage 
There will be a power outage to replace a broken pole near the tennis courts beginning at 9:30 am today, January 9, 2026. Areas affected include Stewart Street west of Schumaker, Foley Drive, James Avenue, Sycamore Street west of 9th Street and the Burrell's Woods area. The outage is expected to last approximately 4 hours.
The City of Carmi regrets any inconvenience.
