1. Trespassing/Resisting Arrest (1448) 3400 Block of Manthey Road, Seaport District
Officers responded to the area on a report of a suspect who was brandishing a stick at citizens. Officers located the suspect, who was still armed. The suspect refused commands to drop the stick and fled on foot. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Daniel Pearl, 49, for terrorist threats, brandishing, resisting arrest, trespassing, and warrants.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1528) 2300 Block of East Church Street, Park District
The 16-year-old male victim was parked in a vehicle in the listed area when the suspect approached him. The victim drove off in the vehicle, and the suspect fired a gunshot, striking the vehicle. The victim was uninjured. SUSPECT: Hispanic male juvenile
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (1544) 2800 Block of Buckner Court, Lakeview District
The male victim, 50, was driving away from a disturbance he had been involved in when the suspect shot at his vehicle. There were no injuries reported. ARRESTED: Tamara Mims, 25, for assault with a deadly weapon.
4. Warrants/Resisting Arrest (2103) 700 Block of West Hammer Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers attempted to arrest the suspect for trespassing at an area business when he became combative, requiring force to be used to take him into custody. The suspect was treated at an area hospital for minor injuries. ARRESTED: Deandre Davidson, 42, for resisting arrest and warrants.
