Beginning on Monday, January 12, 2026 approximately 70 buses will arrive in the city of Albany for lobby day activities. The bus drop-off will occur between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on the south side of Madison Avenue between South Swan Street and Eagle Street. The buses will park in Lincoln Park after drop-off.
Parking restrictions will be on the south side of Madison Avenue between South Swan Street and Eagle Street and on both sides of Lincoln Park Road between Eagle Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard.
Lincoln park road will be closed between Eagle Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard.
There is a potential that eastbound traffic on Madison Avenue between South Swan Street and Eagle Street will be closed in the afternoon for the bus departures.
