12/28 – 9:21 p.m. – A Millstadt Officer observed a traffic crash at Washington Street & Jefferson Street, and observed the driver of the at-fault vehicle leave the scene. The officer located the vehicle travelling on South Illinois Street and initiated a traffic stop. Michael D. Bax, 64 of Barnhart, MO., was cited for Leaving the Scene of an Accident & Disobey a Stop Sign.
