1/02 – 12:09 p.m. – Katherine L. Hillen, 40 of Mascoutah charged with Knowingly Permit the Operation of Vehicle when Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance, and Knowingly Permit the Operation of Uninsured Vehicle. Incident occurred in the 300 block of West Washington Street.
