The Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) would like to inform the community that the Fitness Center at the Takoma Community Center (300 Van Buren Street NW) is currently OFFLINE for emergency maintenance and will remain offline until maintenance issues are fully addressed. The aquatic center remains open.
As a result, the recreation center will be closed from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., when water service is expected to be restored. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
