Westerheide, 26 of Bellville, arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence BAC 0.8+, Speeding 35 + Miles Over, Improper Lane Usage and Operation Uninsured Vehicle. Incident occurred in the 4600 block of Centreville Avenue.
