On behalf of AKDOT, the City and Borough of Wrangell is advising the public of a lane closure on Zimovia Highway at Mile 5 due to a culvert washout.

Southbound lane is closed
Closure expected to last several days while repairs are completed

Motorists should reduce speed, and follow posted traffic control and flaggers in the area.

Updates will be provided as conditions change.
