INCIDENT: HS11359(B): SALE/TRANSPORTATION OF MARIJUANA
LOCATION: 13000 block of Winewood Street, Victorville
SUSPECT: Carlos Rubio, 19-years-old, Resident of Victorville
SUMMARY: On Friday, January 9, 2026, deputies assigned to Adelanto MET detail, (Multiple Enforcement Team), initiated an investigation into the illicit mobile sales of THC products. The investigation was conducted in collaboration with Victor Valley Transit investigators.
Through investigative efforts, authorities identified the suspect and confirmed the associated residence. The suspect was detained during a traffic stop as he left the residence and was arrested without incident.
Following the arrest, investigators served a search warrant at the suspect’s residence. During the search, investigators recovered a substantial quantity of high-grade marijuana and THC products, as well as approximately $18,000 in U.S. currency. Investigators also located contraband throughout the residence related to narcotics culture.
