At 742 AM CST, a snow squall was located along a line extending from 6 miles south of Newark to near Lemont to New Chicago to near Westville, moving south at 35 mph. HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts OF 40 to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes. Including the following interstates... I-55 between mile markers 225 and 268. I-57 between mile markers 322 and 358. I-80 between mile markers 104 and 155. I-90 near mile marker 107. I-94 between mile markers 63 and 74. I-294 between mile markers 63 and 74. I-355 between mile markers 1 and 12. Indiana I-80 between mile markers 1 and 16. Indiana I-90 between mile markers 1 and 37. Indiana I-94 between mile markers 16 and 32. Indiana I-65 between mile markers 239 and 261.
