  between 3 and 8 inches. Highest amounts expected in northeast and 
  eastern portions of Starke County. Winds gusting as high as 25 to 
  35 mph leading to blowing and drifting snow and significantly 
  reduced visibilities.
* WHERE...Starke County.
* WHEN...Until noon CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Slick and snow covered roads expected. The combination 
  of falling snow and gusty winds will result in significant 
  reductions to visibilities at times.  Plan on slippery road
