NJ TRANSIT has launched a Language Survey to gather feedback on how customers who may not speak and/or read English well receive and understand information about NJ TRANSIT services and programs. Please take the survey or share it with others who may benefit. https://www.njtransit.com/language. The survey is offered in English, Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Gujarati, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
You will be entered in a drawing to win a free monthly pass or $100 gift card for taking the survey. To qualify, finish the survey and provide your name, phone number and email address at the end.
Participants who wish to complete the survey in a language other than the ones listed above may call (973) 491-8031. Customers should leave a message, and a representative will reach out to complete the survey via telephone.
Your survey answers will be used for research purposes only.
